Spray flash evaporation SFE process: Identification of the driving parameters on evaporation to tune particle size and morphology

چکیده

The spray flash evaporation process enables to recrystallize organic materials on submicron and nano scale is basically based the sudden depressurization of solution from superheated state primary vacuum through a nozzle. immediate dissolved micro droplets results in release or nanoparticles. As first step, experimental data recrystallization were collected for different energetic by varying superheating conditions (injection temperature pressure, solvent) analyzing their effects properties (particle size, morphology polymorphism). Then, solvent independently studied measuring velocity size generated droplets. Key parameters master particle are identified. This study aims identify boiling characteristics. These pave way some understanding be able tune particles morphology.
